When in our daily diet are missing or too many nutrients, the body sends us signals quickly.
Pay attention!
- Mouth ulcers: Increased consumption of potatoes, rice, mussels and lean meat, vitamins B and C need
- Hair that falls: you lack iron and vitamins A and C. Take citrus, green leafy vegetables, lentils and red meat well.
