I love to make this rice, as well as quick and easy, super delicious. Serve as a side dish for any meat or fish and is done in a moment.
will need per person:
- 75 grams of rice
- 1 / 2 teaspoon butter or a drizzle of olive oil
- 1 / 4 onion
- 250 ml of broth (sometimes I used water and comes out very rich too)
