the microwave I've always used solely to heat the coffee to make popcorn and heat the bibi the small ...
I never used to cook until I decided to dust off an encyclopedia of cooking that I had forgotten.
Is excellent and really easy recipes. Several volumes, and one of them is dedicated to cooking in the microwave.
And this recipe is one of them. Delicious, quick and easy. And best of all ... no contamination almost nothing lol.
need:
For two people,
- a glass of water for rice
- 100 grs.
peeled shrimp - 100 ml of tomato sauce (I used the unsweetened Mercadona, which has few persons calories)
- a handful of frozen peas
- two glasses of water to cook the shrimp broth
- an onion
-
garlic - oil
- salt
- curry
As we will:
Peel the prawns. Cook the heads in a pint of water 3 or 4 minutes at maximum power. Strain the stock heads also pressing to release their juice. Season and reserve.
Fry the onion and finely chopped garlic in a microwave safe bowl. 2 or 3 minutes at full power. I use a round Pyrex source cap. Going great for the micro.
Add tomatoes, peas, rice and curry. Mix and put another minute.
Add the hot broth, season and put on full power 10 minutes. Remove it, move it and add the prawns. Bake 8 or 9 minutes and ready.
We love.
