April 11 begins the first year training plan IdenTIC Consortium is scheduled for 2011, training plan that offers both virtual and classroom training for professionals in the territory.
Plan Virtual Training Consortium IdenTIC intended as a tool to support technology training of Extremadura, which, with a clear orientation to the field of lifelong learning is an opportunity to improve their job skills . Within the virtual training there are two types: e-learning courses, training activities for 10 to 20 hours to go through the virtual campus, and GeekTIC, videoponencias an hour accompanied by educational content, meeting and chatting forum to interact with speakers. This training is specifically directed to agents linked to Adult Education, Call Centre Agents Employment and Local Development and technical projects of the Provincial de Badajoz and Caceres.
The topics of the virtual training deal with emerging careers in web 2.0, social networking, job search via the Internet, digital identity, Prezi, skype 5.1, open innovation, knowledge management , etc.
On the other hand, Face Training Plan will develop actions that lead innovation in Information Technology and Communication (ICT), leading in their environment and with a high projection of future-oriented ICT professionals and university students.
this offer include the topics of Augmented Reality environments under free, Community Manager, programming for mobile devices and video games, training teachers in e-learning, etc. Will also hold meetings as theEvnt 13 and May 14 in Cáceres and Xtrelan, 29 and 30 April and 1 May in Badajoz.

IdenTIC Consortium, Development Initiatives in Extremadura of Information Technologies and Communication, is a public non-profit organization, composed of the Provincial Provincial de Badajoz, Cáceres Provincial Council and the Adult Education Association of Extremadura (AUPEX). Its main mission is to streamline the processes of penetration of the Information Society and Knowledge in the municipalities of the two provinces of Extremadura.
